We are seeking a creative and talented Costume Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our marketing and brand team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and a passion for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned costumes for various promotional activities, advertisements, and corporate events. This role involves translating conceptual ideas into tangible, high-quality costume designs that enhance our brand presence and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design costumes for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and corporate events, ensuring alignment with Airtel's brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative costume designs.
• Source fabrics, materials, and accessories, managing budgets effectively and negotiating with suppliers.
• Oversee the construction and fitting of costumes, ensuring high standards of quality, comfort, and functionality.
• Maintain a well-organized costume inventory and manage logistics for transportation and storage.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, design techniques, and industry best practices.
