CSR Head - Vijayawada

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and impact-driven CSR Head with 2-4 years of experience and a strong academic background (M.Tech) to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing CSR programs aligned with our company's mission and values, focusing on community development and sustainability within the sports and leisure sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive CSR strategies and projects in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Identify community needs and develop impactful programs in areas such as education, health, environmental sustainability, and sports promotion.
- Manage CSR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and transparent reporting of expenditures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders to foster strong partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, measuring social impact and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on CSR activities and performance for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR legislation and guidelines in India.
- Drive employee engagement in CSR activities and volunteer programs.
- Conduct research and stay updated on best practices in CSR and sustainability.
