Curriculum Designer - Corporate (Vishakhapatnam) - 1-3 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and creative Curriculum Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for developing engaging and effective learning materials for our corporate clients in the sports and leisure industry. You will be instrumental in designing and updating training programs that align with industry best practices and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive curriculum modules, training materials, and assessment tools for corporate clients in the sports and leisure sector.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to gather information and ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance.

Adapt existing training content and develop new content based on evolving industry trends and client feedback.

Ensure all learning materials are engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with adult learning principles.

Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and propose appropriate curriculum solutions.

Manage curriculum projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Utilize various instructional design models and technologies to create blended learning experiences.
