We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Curriculum Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and a passion for the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials that align with our company's training objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training curricula and course materials for various roles within the travel and tourism sector.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning effectiveness.
• Create visual aids, multimedia content, and interactive elements to enhance learning.
• Review and update existing curriculum to ensure it remains current and relevant.
