Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Cyber Security / IT Risk professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have a strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks, security controls, and best practices within the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate sectors. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber risks to protect our critical assets and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Monitor security infrastructure and systems for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure security requirements are integrated into project lifecycles.
• Manage and maintain IT security documentation, including risk registers and incident reports.
• Provide security awareness training to employees.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
