Martial Arts Teacher - Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate (Vadodara)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Martial Arts Teacher with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing students in various martial arts disciplines, fostering discipline, physical fitness, and self-defense skills. This role is crucial for promoting a healthy and well-rounded lifestyle within our organization's employee welfare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive martial arts training programs suitable for adults and potentially their families.

Instruct students on proper techniques, forms, and sparring in at least one recognized martial art style (e.g., Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, Kung Fu).

Ensure a safe and controlled training environment, adhering to all safety protocols and providing first aid when necessary.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their martial arts goals.

Promote discipline, respect, focus, and confidence among students.

Organize and manage martial arts events, demonstrations, and competitions.

Maintain attendance records and communicate effectively with participants and HR regarding program updates.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in martial arts instruction and safety.
