Diagnostic Molecular Scientist Job Opportunity - Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Diagnostic Molecular Scientist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of molecular diagnostic techniques and their application in ensuring quality and safety within large-scale infrastructure projects. This role does not require post-graduation. You will play a crucial role in implementing and managing molecular testing protocols to support our diverse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of molecular diagnostic assays including PCR, qPCR, and other relevant techniques.

Develop and validate new molecular diagnostic protocols as needed for project-specific requirements.

Ensure adherence to all quality control procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, including sample tracking and results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any technical issues or project-specific challenges.

Manage laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.

Assist in the interpretation of molecular diagnostic results and contribute to technical reports.
