Payroll Executive (1-3 Yrs) Job Opportunity - Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and have a foundational understanding of payroll processes. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining payroll records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring all deductions and reimbursements are correctly applied.
- Verify employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits, for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory requirements related to payroll.
- Prepare and file payroll-related statutory returns and remittances.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and tax implications in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including timesheets, attendance, and leave data.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and audits.
- Support the HR and Finance departments in payroll-related activities and reconciliations.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
