Data Entry / MIS (2-3 Yrs) | Mangalore

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry / MIS professional to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our systems, supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data management principles and a keen eye for detail, with a background in Law (LLB) which will be beneficial in understanding and adhering to compliance and data privacy aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into various company databases and systems.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by performing regular checks and validations.

Generate reports and summaries from MIS data as per requirements.

Assist in developing and maintaining MIS documentation and standard operating procedures.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors promptly.

Support the legal and compliance teams by ensuring data adheres to relevant regulations and policies, leveraging your LLB knowledge.

Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Assist in data analysis and provide insights to management.
