We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at our corporate facility in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall care, safety, and educational development of young children in our daycare center. This role requires a Diploma in early childhood education or a related field and a genuine passion for working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Plan and implement age-appropriate daily activities, including educational games, crafts, and playtime.
Assist children with daily routines such as feeding, napping, and personal hygiene.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Observe and record children's behavior and developmental milestones.
Adhere to all daycare policies and safety regulations.
