Dialer Manager - Sports / Leisure & Recreation Sector (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Dialer Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in the sports industry and strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing outbound call campaigns, ensuring efficient lead generation and customer engagement within the sports and leisure sector. A graduate degree is not mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of the outbound dialer system.
* Configure and manage dialer campaigns, including list segmentation and call scripting.
* Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., connect rates, talk time, conversion rates) and identify areas for improvement.
* Analyze dialer data to provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant telemarketing regulations and company policies.
* Train and support junior team members on dialer usage and best practices.
* Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the dialer system.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives and target audience.
* Maintain accurate records of all dialer activities and campaign results.
