Distribution Supervisor Job Opportunity - Defence & Aerospace (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will hold an M.Com degree and be responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of goods and materials within our Defence & Aerospace operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of inventory management and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily distribution activities, including receiving, warehousing, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to meet production and delivery schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices within the distribution center.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements and transactions.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Train and guide junior staff members in distribution processes.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or distribution.
