Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Diversity & Inclusion Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. This role will support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within L&T's power sector operations. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of D&I programs and strategies across the power business vertical.
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on D&I metrics.
Help organize and coordinate D&I awareness sessions, workshops, and events.
Collaborate with HR and business units to promote inclusive recruitment and retention practices.
Conduct research on best practices in diversity and inclusion within the industry.
Contribute to internal communications related to D&I initiatives.
