Drama / Theater Teacher - Coimbatore

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as a Drama / Theater Teacher. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience looking to make a positive impact through performing arts education. While the primary focus of our organization is in the BFSI sector, we believe in fostering holistic development and are establishing an internal cultural enrichment program for our employees' children. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to engage young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging drama and theater lesson plans for various age groups.

Conduct interactive workshops and activities to foster creativity, confidence, and teamwork.

Guide students through theatrical exercises, improvisation, and script work.

Organize and direct small-scale performances or showcases.

Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure smooth operation of the enrichment program.

Manage classroom resources and materials effectively.

Potentially assist with administrative tasks related to the program, leveraging analytical skills gained from an M.Com background.
