EHS Officer - 1-3 Yrs Experience - Full-Time Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EHS Officer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Thane. The ideal candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This role is crucial in fostering a safe and healthy working environment for all employees within our Defence & Aerospace operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Investigate EHS incidents, near misses, and accidents, documenting findings and recommending preventative measures.
- Deliver EHS training to employees and contractors.
- Maintain EHS records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and compliance certificates.
- Support the management in achieving EHS objectives and targets.
- Participate in risk assessments and safety committee meetings.
- Stay updated with the latest EHS legislation and best practices in the Defence & Aerospace industry.
