Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced research and development in areas such as automotive power electronics, battery management systems, vehicle communication networks, and embedded systems.
- Design, simulate, and prototype electrical and electronic circuits and systems for automotive applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical engineering, software development) to integrate electrical systems into vehicle platforms.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of electrical components and systems, identifying and resolving design issues.
- Analyze complex data from simulations and tests to derive actionable insights and improve product performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in automotive electrical engineering and propose innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of technical specifications and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
