Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Auditor / Inspector with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of quality control principles within the automotive sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Document audit findings, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions to relevant departments.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to implement quality control measures and ensure compliance.
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities and generate reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO/TS 16949) and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
