Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret electrical engineering designs, specifications, and standards with a focus on legal and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts related to electrical systems and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws in India.
- Analyze technical issues from a legal perspective, providing insights for dispute resolution or risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with legal, project management, and engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met within legal and technical frameworks.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with electrical safety standards and contractual obligations.
- Stay updated on evolving legislation and policies affecting the urban transport and electrical engineering sectors.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
