Employer / Employee Branding - Packaging & Containers Sector (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Employer / Employee Branding Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our Human Resources team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for building a strong and attractive employer brand. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice within the packaging and containers industry in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with the company's vision and values.
- Create engaging content for various platforms (social media, careers page, internal communications) to showcase our company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage and optimize our careers page and social media presence to attract top talent.
- Plan and execute employer branding events, both virtual and in-person.
- Conduct market research to understand talent trends and competitor employer branding activities.
- Measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive internal culture and leverage employees as brand ambassadors.
