Engineering Supervisor - Sports / Leisure & Recreation Sector (1-2 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, including technicians and support staff.
- Ensure the smooth operation and regular upkeep of all engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues or hazards.
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of necessary equipment and materials.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance.
- Support the Engineering Manager in budget preparation and cost control measures.
- Train junior staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
