Environmental Consultant - B.Pharma Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Environmental Consultant with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role will focus on ensuring environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives within our BFSI operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge to understand chemical impacts and contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies, aligning with regulatory requirements and corporate social responsibility goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct environmental impact assessments for new projects and operational changes, with a specific focus on chemical management and waste disposal relevant to pharmaceutical residues or processes.

Develop and implement environmental management plans and policies to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.

Monitor and analyze environmental data, including water and air quality, and waste generation, utilizing knowledge of chemical properties and their environmental fate.

Advise on best practices for pollution prevention, control, and remediation, drawing parallels from pharmaceutical industry standards where applicable.

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and consultants, to address environmental concerns.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for management and regulatory submissions.

Stay updated on environmental laws, regulations, and emerging scientific research relevant to the BFSI sector and chemical impacts.
