Event Planner / Manager - Nasik

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Planner / Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. This role is crucial for coordinating and executing a variety of company events, including internal meetings, external client engagements, industry conferences, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position reports to the Senior Management and requires a proactive approach to ensure all events are delivered successfully, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Plan and execute all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, A/V, and transportation.

Coordinate event schedules, timelines, and attendee registration processes.

Liaise with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, HR) and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

Develop creative event concepts and themes aligned with company objectives.

Manage on-site event operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience for all attendees.

Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on event success and ROI.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations during event planning and execution.
