Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and manage security operations at our Kolkata facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors, maintaining a secure environment for our sports and leisure operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure efficient operation.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent any security breaches or hazards.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems to identify potential threats.
- Manage access control procedures for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and reports.
- Train and guide junior security personnel on security protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all company security policies and government regulations.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management.
