Executive Sous Chef / Chef De Cuisine Job Opportunity - Power

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Executive Sous Chef / Chef De Cuisine with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our esteemed Power industry organization in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing all culinary operations within our expansive facility, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and culinary expertise to drive efficiency, manage costs, and contribute to the overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, development, and execution for all food services, including cafeterias, executive dining, and special events.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and service delivery.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control for all food and beverage supplies, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Implement and maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with FSSAI and company guidelines.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning for the culinary department, analyzing costs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, adhering to established recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering for meetings, conferences, and employee events.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new culinary techniques, and emerging food safety practices.
