Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Exploration Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role involves identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, potential product enhancements, and innovative solutions within the software product domain, with a keen eye on pharmaceutical industry applications. You will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and uncovering new avenues for our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and unmet needs, particularly within the pharmaceutical and healthcare software sectors.

Evaluate the feasibility and potential of new software product ideas and features, considering technical viability, market demand, and competitive landscape.

Leverage B.Pharma knowledge to understand the specific challenges and requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, translating them into potential software solutions.

Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to define product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.

Develop business cases and proposals for new product explorations and strategic partnerships.

Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior management.
