Facility Manager (2-4 Yrs) | Ahmedabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Facility Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our Ahmedabad branch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and administrative processes, with an M.Com degree being a significant advantage. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained working environment for all staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage the facility budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with various departments to address facility-related needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and supervise minor renovation and alteration projects.
- Maintain accurate records of facility assets, maintenance activities, and vendor contracts.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and implement necessary corrective actions.
