Role Summary:
eventME is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FEA Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is ideal for professionals who possess strong analytical skills and a practical understanding of structural analysis, without a formal degree requirement. You will be instrumental in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of our event setups, stage designs, and temporary structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on various event structures, including stages, truss systems, and temporary installations.
- Interpret FEA results to identify potential structural weaknesses and recommend design modifications.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to implement structural improvements.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare clear and concise reports detailing analysis findings and recommendations.
- Assist in on-site inspections and structural assessments as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest FEA software and techniques relevant to the events industry.
