Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FEA Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and a foundational understanding of Finite Element Analysis. This role is crucial in supporting the design and development of innovative sports equipment, ensuring performance, durability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations on sports equipment components and assemblies using software like ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar.

- Interpret simulation results, identify potential failure modes, and provide design recommendations to the R&D team.

- Assist in the creation and validation of FEA models, including meshing, material property definition, and boundary condition setup.

- Collaborate with designers and engineers to optimize product performance and reduce material usage.

- Document simulation procedures, results, and recommendations in clear and concise reports.

- Support testing and validation activities by correlating FEA results with experimental data.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA techniques and simulation software.
