Finance & Accounting - Other for Any Postgraduate Graduates

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for supporting the financial operations of our Defence & Aerospace division, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and a postgraduate degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Manage general ledger entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.
