We are seeking an experienced Finance Teacher with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role involves educating and mentoring employees on various financial concepts and practices relevant to the Metals & Mining industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to impart knowledge effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training modules on financial accounting, management accounting, corporate finance, and financial analysis.
Create curriculum and learning materials tailored to the needs of employees within the Metals & Mining sector.
Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in finance and financial education.
Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to identify training needs and objectives.
