Financial Controller (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Controller with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma in finance or accounting to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Lucknow facility, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, coupled with hands-on experience in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against these plans.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data integrity.
- Maintain financial records and documentation in an organized manner.
