Firmware Developer - Encore Events (Nasik)

We are seeking a talented Firmware Developer with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our innovative team at Encore Events in Nasik. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing firmware for our cutting-edge event technology solutions, contributing directly to the seamless execution of live entertainment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test embedded firmware for custom hardware used in live event setups (e.g., lighting control systems, audio-visual integration, stage automation).

Collaborate with hardware engineers and system architects to define firmware requirements and specifications.

Implement low-level drivers, communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, USB), and real-time operating systems (RTOS).

Optimize firmware for performance, power efficiency, and reliability in demanding live event environments.

Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues, both in development and in the field during live events.

Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in embedded systems and firmware development trends.
