Flight Attendant / Steward - Kochi

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Flight Attendant / Steward with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our esteemed corporate team in Kochi. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and comfortable travel experience for our senior executives and VIP clients, reflecting the professional standards of our BFSI organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and aesthetic sensibilities to enhance service delivery and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of flight arrangements for corporate executives, ensuring timely and efficient travel.

Provide exceptional in-flight service, catering to the specific needs and preferences of passengers, with an emphasis on presentation and attention to detail.

Utilize design principles to curate and present onboard amenities, catering, and cabin aesthetics to reflect brand standards.

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights, adhering to all regulations.

Liaise with ground staff, catering services, and flight operations to ensure smooth transitions and efficient service delivery.

Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards.

Handle any in-flight issues or emergencies with professionalism and composure.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of in-flight service standards and passenger experience, drawing upon design insights.
