Floor / Building Manager (3-4 Yrs) | Thane

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Floor / Building Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com degree and a strong understanding of administrative, operational, and vendor management. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and productive environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned floor/building, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and repair services, coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Handle space planning, office moves, and furniture management.
- Liaise with various departments to understand and meet their facility-related needs.
- Supervise and manage the performance of support staff (e.g., housekeeping, security).
- Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of service.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
- Assist in implementing new facility policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on facility status, maintenance activities, and budget utilization.
