Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Management professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to oversee and optimize our food and beverage operations at our Coimbatore facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cost-effectiveness, contributing to the overall well-being and productivity of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage services, aligning with company objectives and employee needs.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain for all food and beverage items, ensuring quality and cost control.
• Oversee daily operations of canteens, cafeterias, and any other food service outlets, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage and train food service staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Gather feedback from employees and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
