This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-1 years of experience looking to build a career in ensuring food safety standards within a corporate BFSI environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety across our employee cafeterias and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of food safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of food service areas, including kitchens and serving stations, to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor food handling, storage, and preparation practices to prevent contamination and ensure quality.
• Investigate food safety incidents or complaints and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and training.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet food safety standards.
• Provide basic training to food service staff on food safety best practices.
