Footwear Designer (2-4 Yrs) | Kochi

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Footwear Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for creating innovative and functional footwear designs that align with our brand identity and cater to the needs of travelers. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept to final product, ensuring quality and marketability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative footwear designs, considering market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines.
- Create detailed technical sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes for footwear, ensuring they are durable, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new design opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare design specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) for production.
- Provide creative input and design support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project objectives.
