Forex Manager - 1-3 Yrs (Kolkata)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forex Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a foundational understanding of foreign exchange markets and treasury operations. This role is crucial for managing the company's foreign currency transactions, mitigating exchange rate risks, and ensuring efficient treasury management within our growing Defence & Aerospace startup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze foreign exchange market trends and currency fluctuations.
- Execute foreign currency transactions, including spot and forward contracts, in line with company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing hedging strategies to mitigate forex risks.
- Reconcile foreign currency accounts and prepare relevant reports for management.
- Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions for forex services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements related to foreign exchange.
- Support the treasury team in cash management and working capital optimization.
- Provide insights into currency exposures and their potential impact on the company's financial performance.
