Fraud Analyst - Noida (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fraud Analyst with 1-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of legal frameworks, ideally with an LLM degree. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying, investigating, and mitigating fraudulent activities across our software products. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and legal teams to develop and implement robust fraud prevention strategies. This role requires a keen analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex data and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze transaction patterns, user behavior, and system logs to detect potential fraudulent activities.
- Investigate suspicious activities, gather evidence, and document findings meticulously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine fraud detection rules and systems.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging fraud trends and attack vectors relevant to SaaS products.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures related to fraud prevention and data security.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on fraud analysis and risk assessments.
- Support legal and compliance teams in responding to inquiries and investigations related to fraud.
- Utilize your LLM knowledge to understand and interpret legal clauses, terms of service, and regulatory requirements that may impact fraud operations.
- Prepare regular reports on fraud metrics, trends, and mitigation efforts.
