Fraud Detection / Prevention (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Fraud Detection / Prevention Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Ludhiana. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our mobility platform against fraudulent activities, ensuring the integrity of our services and protecting our users and business. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze transaction patterns, user behavior, and system logs to identify potential fraudulent activities in real-time.
- Develop, implement, and refine fraud detection rules and algorithms to proactively prevent various types of fraud, including payment fraud, account takeovers, and promotional abuse.
- Investigate suspicious activities, gather evidence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Customer Support) to resolve fraud cases.
- Prepare detailed reports on fraud trends, impact, and mitigation strategies for management review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud prevention tools and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest fraud schemes and industry best practices in the urban transport and shared mobility sector.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of fraud prevention policies and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis of fraudulent incidents to identify systemic weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
