Role Summary: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a motivated and skilled Full Stack Data Scientist with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Surat. You will work across the data science lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large, complex datasets from various sources within the aerospace and defence domain.
- Develop and implement machine learning models for tasks such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, performance optimization, and image analysis.
- Design and build data pipelines for efficient data flow and processing.
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Monitor model performance and retrain/update as necessary.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI relevant to the aerospace industry.
- Contribute to R&D efforts and explore novel applications of data science.
