Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ATM / Credit Card Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who have completed their 12th grade and are looking to gain experience in financial transaction processing and customer service within a leading Defence & Aerospace organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of ATM and credit card related operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process ATM and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer identity and transaction details.
- Handle cash and card deposits and withdrawals.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their ATM and credit cards.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or fraudulent activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and financial data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the team in daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
- Learn and adapt to new systems and processes related to card operations.
