Full-Time Department / Floor Manager (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Department / Floor Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to oversee daily operations within a specific department or floor at our urban transport facility in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and understanding of operational processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned department/floor, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.

Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of efficiency and service quality.

Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management, especially for materials related to operational needs.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.

Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective problem-solving.

Utilize B.Pharma knowledge in understanding product handling, storage, and quality control where applicable within operational contexts.
