You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various company events, ensuring they are delivered successfully and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and organization of corporate events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event logistics.

Manage event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination.

Prepare event materials, presentations, and promotional collateral.

Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Assist with post-event analysis, including feedback collection and budget reconciliation.

Maintain event documentation and databases.
