Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience in general insurance operations to join our team. This role will involve supporting various aspects of our general insurance processes, ensuring compliance, and assisting in claims management within the aviation sector. This position is ideal for candidates who possess practical experience and a strong understanding of insurance principles, without necessarily holding a graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the processing and administration of general insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.

Support the claims department by gathering necessary documentation, verifying policy details, and liaising with customers and third parties.

Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and customer interactions in the company's database.

Communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, and internal departments to resolve queries and provide updates.

Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.

Assist in generating reports related to policy status, claims, and other insurance metrics.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the general insurance department.
