Hand / Neck Surgeon for Any Postgraduate Graduates

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hand / Neck Surgeon with 2-4 years of experience to join our esteemed medical team at Proactive Health & Fitness in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong postgraduate education and a passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of hand and neck injuries, developing personalized treatment plans, and working closely with athletes and active individuals to ensure their swift and safe return to their activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging interpretation for hand and neck conditions.

Diagnose and manage a variety of hand and neck pathologies, including fractures, dislocations, nerve compressions, sports-related injuries, and degenerative conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating conservative management, surgical interventions, and post-operative rehabilitation strategies.

Perform surgical procedures on the hand and neck as indicated, adhering to the highest standards of medical practice and patient safety.

Collaborate with physiotherapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient recovery and functional outcomes.

Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in hand and neck surgery, sports medicine, and rehabilitation techniques.
