Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and proactive Hazard / Fire / Injury Officer with 1-3 years of experience to join our Corporate team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols to prevent hazards, fires, and injuries across our corporate facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, fire risks, and areas prone to injury.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and emergency response procedures.
• Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and fire regulations and standards.
• Organize and deliver safety training programs to employees.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.
• Liaise with external safety agencies and emergency services as required.
