Head - Corporate Communication (Pune)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head of Corporate Communication with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our Pune office. This role will be instrumental in shaping and disseminating our company's narrative, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communication strategies, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, media kits, and responding to media inquiries.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Craft compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and corporate reports.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Manage crisis communication plans and provide swift, effective responses during challenging situations.
- Ensure all communications adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, leveraging your LLM background.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, HR, and legal departments, to ensure consistent messaging.
- Organize and manage corporate events and sponsorships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate communication.
