Head - Digital Marketing - Corporate (Vijayawada)

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Head - Digital Marketing with 2-3 years of experience to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of academic rigor, demonstrated through a Doctorate/PhD, and practical experience in driving impactful digital campaigns within the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation for our packaging and containers business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital landscape, particularly within the packaging industry.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, monitoring performance metrics and ROI.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills derived from a Doctorate/PhD to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and corporate communications, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing technologies, tools, and best practices, and implement them effectively.
