Head - Engineering - AIESL (Mangalore)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Head - Engineering with 2-3 years of experience to lead our engineering operations in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to manage a team and drive technical excellence in aircraft maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all engineering and maintenance activities in the Mangalore facility.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
- Develop and implement efficient maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize aircraft turnaround times.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to aircraft systems and components.
- Drive innovation and implement new technologies to enhance engineering capabilities and efficiency.
